What is ESD anti-static access control detection system

ESD anti-static access control detection system, as the name suggests, is a kind of access control that can prevent static electricity. Specifically, it is a test of the electrostatic resistance value of the human body after people wear electrostatic shoes, electrostatic clothes and electrostatic wristbands. If the test is qualified, then the access control can be passed. Enter the workshop, if the test fails, the static management machine can display which item fails (such as the bracelet or the left or right foot). The specific operation steps are:

1. Preparing for the test work: The test staff must stand on the pedals (upper) to prepare for testing the test items, and the feet must stand in the middle of the footprints
2. If you need to test the anti-static wrist strap, please insert the wrist strap test hole on the tester, or use a fish clip to directly clamp it to the fish clip column next to the instrument.
3. If you need to detect the static indicators of your feet, you must stand in the middle of the footprints and touch the test button with your fingers
4. Put the card close to the card swiping device or Face Recognition, and the card swiping machine will automatically read the information on the card
5. Touch your finger on the test button, watch the LED on the tester display the test results, or look at the LCD screen on the card machine (the test time is adjustable from 0-5S, if the test time exceeds 5S, you must test again if it fails to pass) )
6. If the test is OK according to the setting, the system will open the access control unit to allow the tester to enter; if the test result is NO, check your wrist strap or shoes. The number of card swipes can be limited according to your company's requirements.
ESD electrostatic test access control system can also be divided into the following three cases:
①After the card is verified as legal, employees can pass through the gates (wing gates, three-roller gates, swing gates). It is required to display the records of the legal or illegal card verification in the background software records, as well as the records of employees passing through the gates (wing gates, three-roller gates, swing gates);
② When the card is legal and the electrostatic test of the shoes is qualified, the employee can pass the gate (Wing Gate, three-roller gate, swing gate). It is required to show in the real-time record the records of card verification legal or illegal, the records of passing or failing the static electricity test of the feet, and the records of employees passing through the gates (wing gates, three-roller gates, swing gates);
③The employee can pass the gate (wing gate, three-roller gate, swing gate) only after the card law and the static electricity test of the wristband and shoes are passed. It is required to show in the instant record that the card verifies the legal or illegal record, the hand static test passed or failed, the foot static test passed or failed, and the employee passed the gate (wing gate, three roller gate, swing gate) records.
