The precautions when installing the swing gate are as follows:
1. Prepare the tools used to install the swing gate in advance, and check the accessories of the swing gate according to the packing list.
2. Before starting the installation, the system composition and working methods of the swing gate should be clarified, and then the overall planning and installation should be carried out.
3. After the foundation surface is treated, arrange the swing gate equipment in sequence.
4. After determining the hole position of the swing gate, drill holes and pre-embed M12 anchor bolts or expansion bolts.
5. Use 3/4 " PVC conduit to pass through the strong current cable and the weak current cable in turn, and bury them in the corresponding position.
6. Move the chassis of the swing gate to the corresponding installation position in turn, and align the anchor bolts one by one.
7. Check whether the composition and working method of the swing gate are placed correctly, and then continue to the next step after checking that there is no problem.
8. Refer to the wiring diagram of the swing gate, connect the power line and control line of the swing gate respectively, and remember to connect the system protection ground line.
9. After the state and function of the swing gate are qualified, tighten the fixed nut.
