Five main components of ESD access control system

The main components of Zecheng intelligent Esd Access Control System are composed of electrostatic comprehensive test module, movement, gate, identification module, gate control module, management software, etc.

1. Electrostatic comprehensive test module. According to the relevant national standards, the feet wearing anti-static shoes and the hands wearing anti-static wrist straps are separately tested for static electricity. Only those who pass the static electricity test under the corresponding authority can pass. Each detection part is equipped with a corresponding detection indicator, and the detection result can be seen in real time. Can be equipped with a visual LCD screen.
2. Movement. The internal movement is highly integrated. It is a module that integrates driving, locking and control functions. It has a completely silent structure and all components are treated with anti-corrosion and wear-resisting, which is durable. Equipped with professional lock lever device, accurate positioning detection device, so that the gate runs smoothly, the lock is flexible and reliable, and the gate lever is positioned accurately. In case of emergency, it will automatically shut down when the power is cut off.
3. Turnstiles. Molded welding technology molding; mold production of internal accessories; electrical parts and electromechanical parts are directly connected to the control unit, reducing pipelines, and the line pipes are clear; the line interface identification is clear and the line interface is treated as anti-connection.
4. Identification module. Support multiple identification control methods such as password, radio frequency card, fingerprint, iris, and the combination of these methods, including: fingerprint identification, password + fingerprint identification, single password, radio frequency card + fingerprint identification, single card, radio frequency card + password, Single iris, iris recognition + password, iris recognition + radio frequency card, etc. Generally, IC (ID) cards are commonly used.
5. The gate control module. Integrate power control module and traffic control module in one.
6. Management software. Different detection requirements of employees can be set in the software interface on the server, real-time viewing of electrostatic detection results and traffic conditions, and export of electrostatic detection reports, etc.
